8. Attorney-Client Privilege and Confidentiality
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Submitting information through our website contact forms or email does not create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship is only established through a signed engagement agreement. However, we treat all inquiries with discretion and will not disclose the content of your communications without your consent, except as required by law.
Once an attorney-client relationship is established, all communications are protected by attorney-client privilege and our ethical duties of confidentiality under the Florida Rules of Professional
