Roussos Law Group SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Last Updated: April 5, 2026

Welcome to the SMS Terms & Conditions for Roussos Law Group. These terms govern your use of our Short Message Service (SMS) messaging program. By subscribing to or participating in our SMS services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or opt in to receive messages.

Roussos Law Group is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparent communication. Our SMS services are designed to enhance client engagement while complying with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act.

  1. SMS Program Overview

Roussos Law Group offers SMS messaging to provide valuable information and services to our clients and subscribers. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us.

  1. SMS Disclosure

This section outlines the key details of our SMS program to ensure you are fully informed about what to expect. We are committed to transparency and compliance with consumer protection laws.

By participating in our SMS program, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you consent to receive messages as described above.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the rest of these Terms & Conditions. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent.

  1. Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your participation in Roussos Law Group’s SMS program (including but not limited to disputes regarding consent, messaging, or data use) shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Tampa, Florida and the laws of the State of Florida shall govern. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. You and Roussos Law Group agree that arbitration is more efficient and cost-effective than court proceedings.

  1. Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Roussos Law Group agree that any arbitration or other dispute resolution proceeding under these Terms & Conditions shall be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, private attorney general action, or any other representative or collective proceeding against Roussos Law Group. If for any reason a dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you agree that the dispute will be resolved individually, without the right to seek or obtain a class-wide judgment. This waiver does not prevent you from seeking individual relief through arbitration.

  1. General Terms and Conditions
